Protesters gathered outside the Supreme Court as justices heard arguments on President Donald Trump’s executive order to end birthright citizenship for children of undocumented migrants and short-term visitors. In a rare move, Trump attended the hearing, which tests the 14th Amendment’s 1868 guarantee.
