US President Donald Trump says he's ordered two nuclear submarines to be repositioned to what he's called the 'appropriate regions'.
It comes after a social media war of words between Trump and former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev.
Trump is getting increasingly frustrated with Russia.
His August 8 deadline, to end the fighting in Ukraine, has been mostly ignored by Vladimir Putin.
And threats of US sanctions against Moscow and countries that buy its oil have so far landed flat.
So, is this all about political theatre? Or can it add pressure for a ceasefire deal in Ukraine?
