Crime has become a major focus for Brazilians heading to the polls on Sunday for the country’s general election.
Senator Flavio Bolsonaro, son of former President Jair Bolsonaro, has promised to loosen organised crime’s grip on Rio de Janeiro if he defeats incumbent Lula da Silva.
